1-Vinification:

1. Direct pressing
2. Cold settling
3.  Alcoholic fermentation
   with indigenous yeasts in 400 L new oak barrels, 
4. Aged 11 months

2- Tasting Notes:

1. Bright
2. Pale yellow color
3. Nose of yellow fruit mixed with citrus fruit
4. A fresh, supple palate blends citrus acidity with a hint of vanilla that lingers on a fresh, taut finish.
