1-Vinification:

1. Direct pressing
2. Cold settling
3.  Alcoholic fermentation
   with indigenous yeasts in 300 L new oak barrels, 
4. Aged 11 months

2- Tasting Notes:

1. Intense brilliant yellow color
2. An intense nose of yellow and white fruit with honey and vanilla 
3. A warm mouth feel, revealing ripe, finely toasted fruit, balanced by a fresh finish.
