1-Vinification:

• Traditional wine-making process in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats
• Maceration at 8°C for 5 days
• Alcoholic fermentation during 15 days at 25°C.

2-Tasting Notes:

• Pretty purple color with good concentration.
• A very expressive, rich and flattering nose invites you to taste it.
• Intensely fruity aromas of strawberry jam, blackcurrant and raspberry fill our nostrils.
• On the palate, the flesh is dense, rich and heady, with a slight sweetness lurking in the mouth.
