1-Vinification:

• Pneumatic pressing
• Alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats at 16°C during 10 to 15 days
• Aged in steel tanks.

2-Tasting Notes:

• Beautiful brilliant yellow color with green reflections.
• On the nose white flowers with a smoky touch.
• Round, juicy and fruity mouth.
• Mineral notes on the finish.
